If we were sitting across from each other at a coffee shop — warm mugs in hand, sunlight pouring in, and you looked at me and said, "Emily, I just don’t see how eating more could possibly help me lose weight…”I wouldn’t hit you with a lecture or a textbook.

I’d tell you a story.


I’d tell you about Marcy.
